A simple dish you can make with leftover rice!
1/4 bell pepper
100 ml milk
1 tbsp mentsuyu
2 tbsp water
salt and pepper to taste
160 g cooked rice*
1 slice cheese
1. Dice the vegetables and fry in a frying pan.
2. Once heated through, add the milk, mentsuyu, water, salt, and pepper.
3. Add the rice, and boil down the risotto until creamy.
4. Finally, add the cheese. You can add as a slice or in pieces.
*160 g cooked rice is about 1 cup.
